color: rgb(0, 153, 0);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;amp;-"Indreptar profilactic si terapeutic de medicina naturista"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt; -dr.Doru Laza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 102); font-weight: bold;"&gt;&amp;amp;-"Comorile stiintei si ale sanatatii" -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;dr.Ernst Gunter&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am fost convins ca acesti medici ca si altii citati in aceste lucrari aveau dreptate,ca constructia organismului nostru este realizata pentru o dieta de tip vegetarian,pentru ca ea asigura intregul aport de vitamine,minerale,acizi grasi,aminoacizi,si principala sursa de enzime"caramizile vietii" cu putere de regenerare celulara; eram convins doar teoretic,decizia de a practica,nu avea o motivatie puternica...Dupa o vreme, insa, in urma unei crize dureroase la genunchi, noaptea,am lesinat datorita durerilor...in cadere mi-am pierdut cunostiinta...Mi-am revenit si in urma acestui eveniment,am luat o decizie finala:renuntarea la carne - fiind sansa de a ma vindeca.   Doctorul imi spusese ca sa nu stau sa nu iau ceva ,sa fac un tratament.Mi-am adus aminte de lucrarile citite si de experienta acelor doctori si ale altora in ceea ce priveste dieta, in numeroase afectiuni.Prin urmare am trecut la fapte :era aprilie 2002,incepand din acea luna nu am mai folosit carnea ca aliment-rezultatul,dupa o luna au disparut definitiv durerile de genunchi si inflamatiile articulare.Carnea,produsele rafinate,prajelile,faina alba si derivatele acestora, dulciurile, sucurile cu componente aditivate sunt responsabile de o serie intreaga de disfunctii in organism pana la afectiuni canceroase grave,atat la nivelul stomacului,ficatului, pancreasului,intestinelor,inimii,chiar a sistemului nervos,a calitatii sangelui,sistemului osos.... Aceste produse creaza aciditate la nivelul sangelui,devenind incapabil sa mai indeplineasca cu eficienta principalele activitati .Eram uimit,insa am inteles inca odata ca noi avem in propriile maini, in majoritatea situatiilor, preventia impotriva imbolnavirilor,tratarea unor afectiuni si chiar vindecarea daca respectam principiile care guverneaza natura corpului nostru.&lt;br /&gt;2007 noiembrie,privesc in urma la aceste experiente traite si ma bucur ca am avut de invatat&lt;br /&gt;cateva principii legate de stilul de viata, utile pentru mentinerea starii de sanatate....&lt;br /&gt;Si acum sa definim &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;sanatatea&lt;/span&gt; :reprezinta o stare totala de bunastare fizica,mintala,sociala si spirituala,si nu doar lipsa bolii sau a infirmitatii.Sanatatea nu se refera numai la aspectele legate de functionarea partii fizice,ci si la alte domenii astel incat putemspune ca in ea se cuprind:&lt;br /&gt;@sanatatea fizica&lt;br /&gt;@sanatatea sociala&lt;br /&gt;@sanatatea mintala sau psihica&lt;br /&gt;@sanatatea spirituala&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 255);"&gt;Sanatatea fizica&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;,reprezinta absenta bolii si a oricarei infirmitati,pe baza unei energii si vitalitati suficiente pentru indeplinirea activitatilor zilnice si a celor recreationale,fara a obosi in mod deosebit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 255);"&gt;Sanatatea sociala&lt;/span&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;reprezinta abilitatea de a comunica in mod eficient cu oamenii din jur si cu mediul social,prin angajarea in relatii personale satisfacatoare.Sunt numeroase dovezile care sustin ca cei care au multe legaturi sociale se imbolnavesc mai rar si sunt mai satisfacuti de viata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(102, 51, 255);"&gt;Sanatatea mintala sau psihica&lt;/span&gt; se refera atat la absenta tulburarilor psihice ,cat si la capacitatea de a rezolva solicitarile vietii cotidiene si relatiile sociale,fara probleme emotive sau de comportament.
